Villa Nepenthe is located in the south of the Cretan island, nestled on the top of the Alevrota hill, in a cozy traditional village called Kamilari. It is about 2 km from the Libyan sea and close to everything you need: several beaches, beautiful nature, great restaurants and many other tourist areas. But the best place in the house is without a doubt the huge terrace on the top floor. Surrounded by a herbal roofgarden and equipped with a full outdoor kitchen, there is ample space to relax in the lounge and enjoy the breathtaking view over the valley with its olive groves, the surrounding mountains and the vast ocean with a tiny nearby island right in front of you. The culture in Crete revolves around cooking and eating in the open air. The rooftop kitchen is equipped with a gas BBQ, perfect for a large lunch or dinner, ready to receive a large group of people.
